Nahum spoke against Nineveh, the capital of Assyria. He was from Elkosh; the white dot means no one knows for sure where it was. He named Bashan, Carmel and Lebanon. He reminded Nineveh of No (Thebes) in Egypt, which fell even though Ethiopia, Put and Lubim helped her. The map writes Cush for Ethiopia.
